David Fitzpatrick is a partner at Fitzpatrick, Skemp & Associates, LLC in La Crosse, Wisconsin, practicing in the areas of Social Security Disability, Personal Injury, and Worker’s Compensation. In 2014 he was selected to The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers based on performance as an exceptional trial lawyer in the area of Civil Plaintiff law. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, Wisconsin Association for Justice, Wisconsin Association of Worker’s Compensation Attorneys, the State Bar of Wisconsin and Minnesota, and the La Crosse County Bar Association. He earned his J.D. from Hamline University School of Law in 1997.
